Meeting once a week over six weeks, you will receive personalized guidance designed around your individual aspirations. Whether your vision is to eventually open your own business, distinguish yourself within an established spa or practice, develop a devoted clientele, or position yourself for brand partnerships and ambassador opportunities, your mentorship will be shaped around the professional you aspire to become.
You will learn how to think beyond the treatment room and begin developing the presence, professionalism, discernment, client experience, and personal identity that can set you apart in a highly competitive industry.

Day One

Exclusively By Application

This mentorship is intentionally intimate and highly selective.
It is available exclusively to licensed estheticians in New York and New Jersey who have graduated within the past two years.
Applicants are required to submit a completed application along with a copy of their current esthetics license for verification.

Because preserving the quality and exclusivity of this experience is essential, submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Each application will be personally reviewed, and only selected candidates will receive a private invitation to join the mentorship.
